Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Your items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimsuits & Swimming Trunks (unless tags remain attached)
  • Swimming Caps
  • Swimming Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom-made equipment

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories/manuals
  • Copy of your invoice or order confirmation

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    – Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
    – PayPal: 3-5 business days

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Shipping times follow our standard delivery schedule.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your aquatic equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed

We’ll prioritize replacement or full refund for verified cases.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs
  • Return shipping times vary by location
