The Finis Forearm Fulcrum Paddles junior stroke corrector corrects the movement and then corrects the position of the hand. Many swimmers lose effectiveness when swimming due to incorrect movement that causes their hand to come back and the elbow makes its entrance awkwardly, and even if a correct movement is made, it can be done too forcefully causing a pull at the end of the movement. For this reason, Forearm Fulcrum de Finis has two closed sections. One section is located right on the forearm and the other section is held by the swimmer’s hand, thus adopting the ideal angle between the wrist and the elbow in the grip phase of the stroke. In such a way that the muscles ‘memorize’ the correct position in all phases of the stroke, significantly improving the efficiency.
Designed by Finis to complement with the paddles, improving the technique of junior swimmers of all levels, but particularly in inexperienced swimmers.
Characteristics:
– Teach the principles of movement: vertical forearm during the stroke
