Precautions:
Resistance bands should only be used with adult supervision. The elastic should not be stretched more than three times the original length, so it doesn’t exceed the resistance limit of the resistance bands. Keep the elastic away from your face and never release it while it is under tension. It should not stretch in a place where it can hit other people. Do not use if the elastic is cracked, torn or damaged in any way.
